14 June 2025
On Saturday June 14th I exhibited my MSc Architecture graduation project A Space of Reflection at Dag van de Architectuur Den Haag. The exhibition was held on Het Plein, on the actual design site of my graduation project. A beautiful tent covered the tables with my model, drawings and other work.
In addition, I managed to bring the 'Archive of Unheard Stories' to life, by exhibiting a variety of family objects from people who come from different backgrounds and communities, each with a unique relation to Dutch colonial history. Alongside these objects, there was a short podcast episode about the story behind the object. Each episode can be found at the object photo below on this page. These podcasts have been made in collaboration with Guus de Hoop.

A few days before this exhibition on Het Plein, on Thursday June 12th, I gave the Opening Lecture for Dag van de Architectuur Den Haag together with Jacqueline de Graauw. The lecture was held at WEST Den Haag, where I also had the opportunity to exhibit my work.
